We wanted to be upfront with you: one of our luthiers is on emergency leave right now, and it's affected our usual production schedule. While they're out, we're temporarily pausing new custom orders so we can properly manage the workload of the makers who remain.
This doesn't mean the shop is closed. A number of in-stock, ready-to-ship instruments are still available, including our fullsize 017E, the 600, and select 750E copies. If one of those fits what you're looking for, reach out and we'll get you sorted with minimal delay.
For anything outside of that in-stock selection, we'd ask for a little patience. We're still taking inquiries and happy to talk through timing, but it's best to plan for delays until our full team is back at the bench.
